The big MSPs routed everything to junior technicians in call centers. Nobody was willing to open SQL Profiler on a slow database, rewrite a stored procedure that was blocking operations, or sit in a compliance audit and defend the controls they had supposedly built. We decided to build the MSP we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table.
RE2 Tech is headquartered in Jordan, Minnesota, in the heart of Scott County. We have been here for more than two decades, and our roots in this community shape how we do business.
