Scripting, I.T. automation, Windows Server, VMWare, IIS, SQL, and other niche I.T. functions
In-progress or completed I.T. Associates degree
Technical Certifications such as those from CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft etc.
Previous I.T. Support / Helpdesk experience
A+ Certification
