1. Program Description

Re2Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS messaging to provide customers and contacts with service-related communications and occasional marketing messages. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Service & Account Messages

  • Support ticket updates and service status notifications

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates

  • Technician arrival/ETA notifications

  • Billing or account-related notifications

  • Security alerts related to services we manage (if applicable)

  • Service reminders and important operational announcements

Marketing / Promotional Messages (Occasional)

  • Occasional promotional offers, service announcements, or educational updates related to IT support, managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, backups, and VoIP

  • Invitations to request a quote, schedule an assessment, or learn about new services

  • Limited-time announcements or seasonal service reminders

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Re2Tech is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messaging.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Re2Tech unless you opt back in.
